Brands We Install & Program

Why Professional Installation Matters

Many smart thermostats require a common wire (C-wire) that older homes don’t have. Incompatible wiring or incorrect setup can damage your HVAC system or cause erratic behavior. Our technicians ensure your new thermostat is wired correctly, programmed for the equipment, and checked for proper operation before we leave.
