They checked everything— discovered a simple issue that could not previously be identified, fixed that issue, which was the fault of another service tech, getting my system back running and informed me about other details of my system. They charged me only a service call fee and changed my air filter before leaving. I was almost in tears. My AC has been running perfect ever since!
